A company should not
run on memory.

Most of what a company knows — how it really decides, what it will and won’t do — was never written down. It lives in a handful of people’s heads. We believe that is far too fragile a place to keep something so valuable.

So we write it down, and we hand the part that just follows a rule to a system that runs it the same way every time. Not to replace anyone — to get good people out from under the busywork, so the judgment that genuinely needs a person finally has the room it deserves.

We don’t believe in advice that ends in a slide deck. We’d rather leave behind something that runs — and a record of every decision and the reason for it, so nothing rests on trust alone, and nothing is lost when people move on.

We say less, and we ship what works. We’d rather show one operation that truly changed than describe ten that might.

Find the rules a company already lives by. Write them down. Let them run.

We built this for ourselves first.
